I would adopt Windows 8. It looks like it works really well and make your internet experience better. The reason I like it is because Windows 8 hides the browsing tabs, revealing the tabs when you swipe down from the top with a finger. But without a touch screen, you can fiddle with the mouse cursor to simulate a finger swipe, or better: hit the Windows key+Z. I also like the way you can check your battery life.
I would adopt the Windows 8 resolution. Windows 8 looks really cool and has many cool features. The Windows 8 shortcut keys look very useful. I think Windows 8 is going to become a great operating system.
