  4. No, I don't think it is constitutional. We have a right to privacy in the Constitution. They can't take that away.

  5. I think that goes against are constittional and it goes against our rights. I think it is so messed up in my opinion I feel like it nothing good and that we the people don't need it. Its unconstitional.

  6. I think that this is very unconstitutional and that the government should AT LEAST have a warrant to be able to get my personal information

    ReplyDelete
  7. No because everybody has right to their own privacy.

  8. I think CISPA is an invasion of my privacy. Why should the government be able to monitor what I do when I have done nothing wrong? I think it is very unconstitutional. It is a violation of our freedom of speech. Also, it is letting them search us without a warrant. The government is trying to get too much power over us.

  9. I think that CISPA is the worst thing ever. I think this because the constitution says that we have the right to our privacy and CISPA just completely goes against it. I think the government is just trying to get more power over us then they already have. Obama just really needs to VETO this bill!

  10. I think that this is unconstitutional. We have a right to our privacy and they have no right in invading it for no reason.

  11. I think that it is unconstitutional! the government is trying to get too power over us which is wrong because we have a right for our privacy so what are they thinking by invading it.The consitution says we have a right to our privacy so why does the CISPA go against that.

    ReplyDelete
  12. No, this is not constitutional. According to the constitution we have a right to our own privacy so what makes CISPA think they can go against that. In my opinion it is completely wrong for the government to try to do this.

    ReplyDelete
  13. I SO think this is unconstitutional because we have the RIGHT to our privacy. It is nobody else's business to what I do. Everybody deserves their privacy. Things can get way out of hand very quickly I think if some people get information that does not belong to them.

  15. I think this is VERY unconstitutional. No one needs to know my business, just like I do not need to know theirs'. It's your business for a reason. In my opinion, the government already has enough power, and this would just give them more and obviously take away from us.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Personal i think they do not need to do that cause people got private stuff they want nobody to know or see

  17. CISPA is extremely unconstitutional, offensive even. America's privacy is one of the things that makes it a great place to live in if we get rid of that not much will be left. Also if the government goes through this who's to say that cant have unannounced searches of your home or something of that manner.

    ReplyDelete
  18. This is unconstitutional. We have rights, and this would be taking away from them.

    ReplyDelete
  19. We have the rights, CISPA is extremely unconstitutional. if the government goes through this who to say that they cant have unannounced searches of your homes or something of that manner. Some people got private stuff though in there homes

  20. This is very unconstitutional. It is in our constitution that we have privacy rights. Think as if somebody did this to your personal info you didnt want people to see.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I thing this bill is unconstitutional because people have a right to privacy. There is no need for someone to be able to monitor every little thing a person does if they aren't doing anything wrong. The government is trying to get way too much control over the people, and being able to search someone without a good reason or a warrant just crosses the line.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I think the bill is unconstitutional because everyone has the right to have privacy, and they're taking that right away. This will give the government more power over everyone and taking away from us.

    ReplyDelete
  23. This is unconstitutional. We have the right to have privacy. No one needs to know any ones business and we don't need to know theirs either!

    ReplyDelete
  24. I believe that it's unconstitutional and that we can't just keep letting them make bills like this people forget why the government was created and they forget their rights as an American citizen. The government was made to uphold the rights of citizens and to protect the people not to change the laws so that they fit their needs. Basically we need to protect our rights (all of them)
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." (Fourth Amendment Of The United States Constitution)

  28. I think that this bill is unconstitutional because people have a right to privacy. There isn't no reason for someone to be able to monitor everything a person does if they aren't doing anything that they're not supposed to do. The government is trying to get way too much control over the people, and being able to search someone without a good reason or a warrant is just taking it too far.

  29. That is very unconstitutional. We have a right to privacy in the Constitution. They have no right what so ever to take that away

  30. All people need they privacy I don't won't nobody to know what im doing are what im doing in my house and im sure nobody does

    ReplyDelete
  31. This don't make any sense we should have privacy. Nobody need to my business and my personal information about my life , and we don't need to no anybody else business

    ReplyDelete
  32. I thing this bill is unconstitutional. There is absolutely no reason for someone to be able to see everything a person does if they haven't done anything wrong. The government needs to realize that they're supposed to protect our rights, not violate our rights themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm very protective on my messages between me and someone else . So I think that they leave the system to be your own privacy and not anyone else.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I believe this is beyond unconstitutional. I believe everyone has a right to privacy. I would not appreciate anybody snooping in my business. They can get a life of their own.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I do think it is unconstitutional because they have no right to search through our personal belongings for absolutely no reason.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I belive that it is not constitutional because we have our rights to privacy. They should let us at least have a warrant to see your personal life.

    ReplyDelete
  37. The CISPA Bill is a total invasion of my privacy. The government should not monitor my information if I have done nothing wrong. This bill is unconstitutional and a huge invasion of my privacy. They should not be able to search my information without my permission.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I think that it is unconstitutional, because everyone has a right to have privacy. I don't want people to invade my privacy, they have no right to. They should not pass this bill. Anyone who is for it will probably regret it in the long run.

    ReplyDelete
  39. This is very unconstitutional. If they pass this bill everything is not going to be the same because if we can't have privacy then they souldn't have privacy either! Idk what is going on with this world anymore!

    ReplyDelete
  40. I think this is unconstitutional because people want there privacy. I personally do not like people going though my stuff and i'm sure other people wouldn't wanted people going through there privacy.

    ReplyDelete
  41. This is unconstitutional. I dont like people going through my stuff. So i think there should be privacy.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yes, it is unconstitutional. Cause they should not go through people stuff without permission first.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I don't want anyone in my business, so I don't think so. Very, very unconstitutional.

  44. All people need they privacy I don't won't nobody to know what I'm doing are what I'm doing in my house.

  45. I think this is unconstitutional. If we don't have privacy then that's just stupid. We all have a right to our privacy.

  46. I think this is unconstitutional. The CISPA is an invasion of privacy. It allows the government to view our conversations for no reason.

  47. The CISPA Bill is a total invasion of my privacy. The government should not monitor my information if I have done nothing wrong. This bill is unconstitutional and a huge invasion of my privacy. 48. I think this bill is unconstitutional. Everything we put online is considered a freedom of speech, and the government shouldn't be able to violate everyone's privacy. I don't think they should be able to go through everyone's personal conversations, accounts, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I think the bill is unconstitutional because people have a right to have their privacy. It is in the constitution that everyone has privacy rights. No one should be monitoring everything that people do. Unless they are breaking the law then it would be okay to monitor what that criminal is doing.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I think this bill is totally against the Constitution, no one should have the right to spy on innocent people. Somethings people talk about is private and is not meant for other people to see. Also it goes against freedom of speech. It takes away this right by letting them decide whether what you say is okay or not. If what is going on is Illegal then I don't see a problem with this if it is protection. But taking everyone's privacy that's an invasion.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I think this bill is unconstitutional because everything we do and put online is basically our privacy and business and the Government shouldn't be able to stop our privacy.

    ReplyDelete
  55. CISPA is very unconstitutional. The constitution gives us the right that we can personal information private, and this goes completely against it.

    ReplyDelete
  56. We have the right that anything in our lives can be private. Nobody should have the right to spy on random innocent. Hints why it's called PRIVACY in the constitution.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I do think it is unconstitutional because they have no right to search through our personal stuff for no reason.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I think this bill is unconstitutional. The government shouldn't know all of our private business. It's our business and they need to keep their nose out of it.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I think that the CISPA is very unconstitutional. It basically does away with freedom of speech. What I do on the internet is my business, and the government should not be able to go through it without a warrant.

    ReplyDelete
  60. The information is our personal information. The government has no right to take it from us, but it does not take it from us. The bill gives the companies and websites the ability to give the information. This is the websites information as soon as you upload it to their site. Now if their terms of use state that they will not disclose the information the public gives them then that would void the terms they set and I would imagine that to be a bad thing. So all in all CISPA is constitutional right now on paper, but it may not actually be that way.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think the bill is unconstitutional for the fact that it just strip away our rights of freedom of speech. The government should not be able to tell us what to post on the internet. They also should not be able to go through my privacy without a warrant.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think this bill is completely unconstitutional, and sounds like we are on a path to a dictatorship. Why should the government be able to stalk what i do whenever they have no reason to, I've done nothing wrong. I disagree with this bill completly.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I hate it. I have a right to do what I want and not be stalked on everything I do. So I think this bill is unconstitutional.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Is it me or is the government trying to take away all of our rights?? The government can go through all my information because there're "suspicious"? No thanks. It's the same thing with the gun situation. The whole reason we have the right to bear arms is because if the citizens of the United States of America see the government is corrupt we can fight to throw it down and start a new one. Something is going defiantly on in the White House.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I believe that it is unconstitutional to give someones personal information out. Not every citizen is hiding stuff through their personal stuff, so why should that be invaded? It shouldn't be. The government is just slowly taking away are rights one by one. Soon we won't have any.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I think that this is unconstitutional. We have a right to privacy in the Constitution.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Unconstitutional because i think it goes against our rights.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I think they shouldn't do that because some people have things that they don't want other people to see that is private and they want to keep to themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  69. The government shouldn't know all of our private business. They wouldn't want us to go through their stuff so why should they go through ours?

    ReplyDelete
  70. I think it is unconstitutional for people to have our personal information. Some people are secretive with their information and don't want other to look through their stuff. Everyone don't always hide things.

    ReplyDelete
  71. It is unconstitutional because it is invading our privacy. The CISPA does not have the right to go through our business on the internet. Whatever I put on the internet is my business.

    ReplyDelete
  74. This is unconstitutional, because they should never have to know our personal business unless its for a certain reason. I already don't like people to be in my business so why would I want them to be in something that doesn't involve them.

    ReplyDelete
  75. This is way past being unconstitutional. The government is invading our privacy which violates our freedom of speech. Why should they know our business when we can't know theirs. They can not pass this bill. I disagree with this bill.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I believe this is very unconstitutional. Primarily because letting them have that type of power over you is totally unreasonable and their is no privacy. It isn't like the government has a problem finding things on us anyway, but your jobs shouldn't have that access to personal files.

    ReplyDelete
  77. This is not constitutional because it is stated that we have a freedom of speech. If we cant know things about them why should they be allowed to know our business. Freedom of speech is including our privacy. I disagree with this 100%

    ReplyDelete
  78. This is unconstitutional because the CISPA have no rights what so ever to go through our privacy.
