I can't see any use for this type of technology. I think no one will buy it because no one would have any intreasts for this and who would want control over rats minds at all.

I could see humans this technology to drive with your hands. I think it is very disturbing. Being able to control another living thing's mind is very creepy.

Yes. This technology does have applications. Imagine if someone lost the ability to control their legs with their natural mind. They could use this by attaching it to their leg and use it to control the leg with their mind.
Every technology has a chance for disturbing outcomes. It is not the technology that is evil, it is the people who use it. Such as an evil robot... the robot is evil, it is only us that see it is evil. Thus, any result from this would not be evil, it would be just want it is.
There are so many things that you could do with this technology thats wrong I can't count them all. On the plus side I finally have a reason to use my kitten army thats stored in my basement.
